Code Pink and Ron Paul: Leftist Bedfellows

That loud-mouthed, radical left-wing brigade of hippie Jew-haters, Code Pink, says they are on the same page with Ron Paul: they support and defend Israel’s enemies.

This is certainly not a surprise.  Ron Paul and Code Pink blame Israel for Palestinian deaths, both sided with the flotilla that illegally bypassed Israel and entered Gaza.  Both called Israel’s military involvement an invasion against Palestinians, both excused the bloody violence perpetrated by Palestinians against Israeli soldiers, who boarded the flotilla, and both blame Middle East violence and poverty on Israel and America.

Just compare the two and see they are one-and-the-same– leftists.

Code Pink activist Liz Hurican told Fox News:

The Ron Paul people are closer and closer to our [Code Pink leftist] talking points with each election.

Ron Paul Spokeswoman Rachel Mills says Code Pink is actually leaning more in the direction of Ron Paul’s beliefs and politics, saying the Congressman “is in favor of coalition-building” with anti-war groups.

Of course he is.  Anti-war groups hate Israel.  Like Ron Paul, they consider American and Israel murderers, and both Paul and Pink constantly hurl Israel under Hamas tanks.  And we don’t have to look far to compare both to see their views are identical when it comes to Israel, Palestinians, war and America.

Code Pink co-founder Media Benjamin says:

Unfortunately, the Israelis refuse to let us in.  We feel that on the one year anniversary of the Israeli invasion of Gaza that the governments of the world have abandoned the people of Gaza. They [Palestinians] are still living in a prison, without the ability to move in and out of borders or conduct basic commerce or receive humanitarian aid.  There has been no rebuilding.  We feel it’s our job as world citizens to take a stand and demand justice.

Benjamin sounds like the radical Mr. “non-interventionalist,”  who condemned Israel, and America’s support, for the legal blockade, telling Fox News’ Don Imus it was an “atrocious” “act of war.”  Yet, Paul shrewdly disguised his disdain for Israel by saying he “doesn’t want to tell Israel what to do,” “it’s their business.” Ron Paul can’t keep his blame-Israel philosophy silent for long. In the next sentence he pinked up his tone by asserting: “It’s our [American] business [to watch Israel],” because “we’re very close allies with Israel,” and “we finance Israel,” and:

any weapon they use, or ship they won, or plane they own, or threat they make, we back them [Israel] up.  We backed them up on this [flotilla] embargo and the food and medicine going into Gaza.  So we’re morally responsible, and people see us as one and the same.

My, how cunning to bring up Israel’s well-equipped army.  I guess America should set Israel free from state-imposed welfare! Israel can defend herself quite well without America sticking her big nose in Israel’s business! Question; if  that money went to Gaza to blow up Israel, would Ron Paul and Code Pink call the bullying Jewish state a victim of violent Islamic extremists funded by America?

It’s amazing how Paul’s anti-Israel speech sneakily depicts reasoning while spewing Jew-hate.  America should not be involved in a  fight or take sides with  two peoples fighting each other for thousands of years! Paul makes the Israeli/Palestinian conflict into nothing more than the feuding Hatfield’s and McCoy’s:

But I don’t want any of this foreign aid—Pakistan or anybody else—because the principle is wrong and because it doesn’t achieve anything…it’s not like 100 percent of the people in Israel or every Jew in this country believes we should have the foreign policy that we have.

Talk about skillful underhanded rhetoric.   It sounds like Ron Paul’s trying protect America’s economic interests. In actuality,  he agrees with the anti-Semitic Code Pink:

The Palestinians are virtually in a concentration camp, and they have a few small missiles, but it’s so minor compared to the firepower of Israel, who has nuclear weapons, and they [Israel] can turn off all the food, all the water, and do what they want to the Palestinian people…

No one should be surprised Code Pink considers themselves to be on the same page as the radical libertarian.  Code Pink is anti-war, anti-Israel, they want America to end all funding and aid to Israel, while claiming Jews murder Palestinian children.   Code Pink’s site  is no different than Ron Paul’s pro-Palestinian speech:

Code Pink’s previous delegations found starving kids in need of clean drinking water and working toilets. One year after Israeli air strikes on this tiny strip of densely populated land, there is still a profound lack of medical care as Israel’s blockade is continued. Hospitals and schools were a major target of the IDF, and most people go with limited health care…Among the dead were some 1400 civilians. Thousands more were wounded, most of them civilians, hundreds of them kids.

Compare this Code Pink stance on Israel to Ron Paul.  They’re alike:

Code Pink believes in the implementation of human rights and international law on both sides, believes in supporting and empowering Palestinian self-determination, but we do not take a stance on a two-state or a one-state solution—it is not within our role as internationals or a U.S. based organization to advocate on behalf of a particular solution on behalf of Palestinians condemns violence against civilians on both sides, but we see the Israeli occupation and the blockade of Gaza as among the root causes of the conflict, and view the end of the Israeli occupation and a lifting of the blockade of Gaza as key steps towards reaching a just and lasting solution. [Code Pink] condemns the use of our national resources to financially and diplomatically support the ongoing occupation and blockade…

Notice Pink says they don’t take sides. Ron Paul says the same. And both cleverly condemn Palestinian, violence,  yet, both Ron Paul and Code Pink correlate Muslim violence with Israeli defense, saying Palestinians act the way they do because Israel is an occupier.

It appears Ron Paul’s Revolution is becoming coded in leftist pink or the other way around. Either way,  Ron Paul and Code Pink are anti-Israel/anti-Semitic, pro-socialist bedfellows doing everything possible to hurl Israel under Hamas tanks.  Both are sleeeping with the enemy.

You perfectly well know that every word you wrote is untrue. You perfectly know that you have no basis, other then spewing hatred, for your statements. You perfectly well know that your blog is inciteful. Further, it is for the shock effect and incite-fulness that you wrote this hate-filled diatribe. Shame!!!

This article is ridiculous to the point of being insulting. throwing around terms like anti-war and non-interventionist is not just un-american and un-conservative, its inhuman. Ron Paul wants to stop all foreign aid and he wants isreal to make their own decisions as a sovereign state. Since we give twice as much money to isreal’s enemies as we give to isreal, Ron is actually advocating for isreal.

And on the bigger picture, if you are interventionist on behalf of fuzzily defined american interest, then obama is who you are well aligned with (libya).

This is why I cannot commit to Ron Paul. I agree with his ideas of smaller gov’t but when He starts talking about foreign policy, that’s where he loses me.
We give aid to most countries around the world, if not all. Israel is the size of New Jersey. It is the only democracy in the Middle East. Their ideals are the most similar to ours.
The land belongs to Israel. After they were formed as a country in 1948, the surrounding Arab countries lost the wars to Israel but instead of taking their Arab brothers into their countries, they would not give them citizenship. Israel would and did. But not all of these Palestinians would take that offer. For some reason, they preferred to be “victims” of Jews who were “occupying Israel”. And those countries continue to use those Palestinians to try to push the Jewish people out of their country. They are using these Palestinians as pawns!
The UN has a dept for trying to get refugees into new countries & help them to assimilate. They have a special dept JUST FOR Palestinians. And their success rate is zero.
Other refugees are able to find a new country and assimilate. Palestinians don’t. The Arab countries use them as pawns so they can continue to hound Israel & say that they are “occupying Palestine”.
It seems to me that the comments above are Pro-Palestinian as they do not talk about issues; just name-calling & insults are hurled. Typical of the left.
