Eric Holder: Racial Profile Racist

Attorney General Eric Holder is playing the race card against whites.  Holder forbids the law to question undocumented Democrats (illegal aliens) in Arizona, becaue he considers that racial intimidation, yet, Holder is perfectly fine with voter intimidation by Black Panthers toward those nasty cracker people, who think they have some bizarre Constitutional right to vote while feeling secure in their persons.

Holder, who refused to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for the 2008 voter intimidation at Philadelphia polls, demanding the Department of Justice (DOJ) throw the case out of court, has filed a lawsuit against Governor Jan Brewer for upholding the Arizona Immigration Law, he considers unlawful and intimidating to those illegally entering U.S. borders.

Holder has no problem with terrorists threatening innocent white Americans; he does, however, have a problem with Americans who uphold laws he refuses to enforce.

Maybe Brewer should stand on the Arizona capitol steps and scream get out of Arizona wetbacks!  After all, Holder seems to consider racist actions appropriate, lawful behavior: he is ignoring the violent threats from Black Panther leader King Samir Shabazz, who is calling for the killing of white “crackers” and their children.

Those threats don’t concern Eric Holder, who is worried Arizona Governor Jan Brewer may racially profile 500,000 illegals, despite the law’s requirement that all citizens and non-citizens carry and present documentation to law enforcement when asked.  Federal law states illicit behavior gives police the right to question any person no matter their status.

If one is a Billy Club-carrying Black Panther who threatens to kill whites, no explanation is required.

Holder, who ignores Black Panther violence, intends to keep an eye on Brewer, making sure she does not violate federal civil rights:

I think the potential for racial profiling can certainly increase by a passage of such laws…we [the Obama Administration] feel it is being profiled, it is being singled out… [and this makes people] less like to serve appropriately…we’re going to look at the law…to see whether or not it has a negative impact…on the federal civil rights laws.

The potential for racial violence is being incited by the New Black Panthers, yet Holder refuses to observe the law, refusing to prosecute and stop the violation of federal civil rights toward whites.  The threat of violent crime by undocumented Democrats is menacing, but Holder ignores this as well.

If Tea Partiers stood in the streets shouting racial slurs, while blocking blacks and Hispanics entrance to voting polls, would Holder demand the DOJ ignore that intimidation; would he consider it terrorizing and prosecute and imprison?

Holder is using the DOJ to play the race card, showing he prefers one race over another by not prosecuting Black Panthers making violent threats to white Americans, ignoring illegals breaking federal law, all the while condemning Jan Brewer for upholding federal immigration laws, specifically stating all entering the U.S., no matter their skin color, nationality, or race, must have legal documentation.

Holder considers federal law racial profiling, because Arizona’s undocumented Democrats are not white, but Hispanic.  There’s a crack in Holder’s moral thinking.  If anyone is racially profiling, it is Eric Holder.

Great article, Lisa. You hit it on the head – this man is a supreme racial profiled.

  2. July 12, 2010 at 9:47 pm | #2

    Lisa,
This summary is a superb breakdown of the many articles about Eric Holder’s decidedly deplorable decision to hold the great state of Arizona responsible for the Federal Government’s lack of direction on illegal immigration. I live in one of Philadelphia’s closest suburbs and this New Black Panther disaster is right in my backyard.

This administration does not care how many racists it has in its stable from DOJ Eric Holder to Labor Secretary Hilda Solis to his many advisors. Now their rhetoric is spilling over to the NAACP who is now accusing the Tea Party of being racist. Now go figure that one out.

Congratulations Lisa, as usual, another outstanding and spot-on essay!

The whole thing behind this is if they {The Obamunists} can punch a hole in Arizona’s Immigration law it will set a precedent to destroy federal immigration law through the SC..
O aren’t WE all so glad we have the Obamunists making OUR live so fre and easy..!!

With our federal government breaking all the laws they have and their refusal to comply to others the public has the same rights.
If they refuse to abide by the law that they are responsible for the security of the country and close our borders plus remove those that are here illegally(which is a crime) ; the American public is no more bound by the law to pay taxes than the government is in their refusal to do their job of security.

Hey, we have been had by our own, self-congratulatory “democratic process.” So that this business of fighting wars around the globe to promote democracies like ours – a rabble-infested and controlled sewer, is a waste of time, lives, and resources. Democracy gave us the “Iron Curtain Amerika” we now have. Time to elect a tyrannical King or something. lol. Putting “Marxist Amerikans” in charge of our economy, our foreign policy, our courts, our tax structure and our lives – ain’t workin.’

    Lisa,

Exceptionally well-written. You nailed the situation and put your boot squarely on hate-spewing holder’s throat! Funniest thing…were Mr. Eric to show up in a remote jungle in darkest Africa, he himself would be viewed as white. Go figure. Seems oftentimes the ones with the least “African-American” blood are the biggest racists. (eg. obamao).

Worthy of a major outlet, this be your best column to date.

Just remember, only white trash are rascists. Rev. Wright and Calypso Louie are not rascist; Muslim fanatics blowing up school buses and buildings are not rascist; Black Panthers are just freedom of (hate) speech advocates who are, in fact, owed reparations by us, and are just venting a little discontent. Anyone tired of the double-standard, hypocritial society we live in? This country is a minority-power cess pool.

Rob, great reply to a great post! I cannot fully put into words how concerned I am about the hypocrisy and double standards of our current leaders. Our so-called president, obama (no, I do NOT “honor” him with a capital letter), is as Marxist as they come, and his cronies are right there with him, including Holder. Sad, sad, for our great country, indeed… Racism alive and well – don’t they see the irony in their own statements and actions? Don’t they see the madness? I can only conclude that they are too arrogant and too power hungry to be truly honest to us – and to themselves.

        EMS,

I NEVER use CAPS for b h o, either. But why would you do so with holder? They’re all a bunch of no account mules kickin’ on a tin can all day long.

        July 15, 2010 at 4:19 pm | #14

Southerner, good point! Why use CAPS for any of these yokels? None of them deserve our respect – they are destroying our great country.

      • July 15, 2010 at 4:35 pm | #15

That’s a fact (“they are destroying our great country”) that even a yokel should recognize, EMS. However, the exceedingly erudite among us — spelled liberals/progressives — seem not to have a clue that our general welfare is dangerously close to being on life support under these cretins. (Of course, true obamao-ites wouldn’t have it any other way.)

I cannot for the life of me figure out how so many people (and I’m not even including “minorities) can continue to support this egocentric rabid commie. I mean, I actually know some otherwise decent, reasonably intelligent folks — some of whom I went to high school with way back when — who cannot see what’s happening, that buy into major media’s nonsense. It is sad, but more important, it’s revolting. Makes me wanna start taking name and kicking butt!

Southerner, another good comment. it is a puzzle to me that so many people were taking in by this manipulator – and I regret to say some in my own family did. Arrgghh…

I fear some people may wake up one day and ask why they cannot move about freely without “them” watching over our every move. (How many camera’s are there watching us on our path already in this country?) Here in Oregon they have had serious discussions about requiring every car to have a computer which will be downloaded every now and then showing where you have gone, how far, for how long – it is SO disturbing. Like you I cannot understand why anybody would want to live in such a society – which we are well on our way to live in already… Can you imagine being punished financially for how far or how much you drive? Or being told you cannot drive where you want to drive? It could happen – if we let it.

obama and his henchmen are well on their way to making this a socialist nirvana – and not enough people are speaking up against it – yet.

PS I grew up in a socialist country – and KNOW that socialism does not work. My native country, while still socialist, is well on it’s way to becoming more capitalistic – the individual will help the country succeed by their work and freedoms, not the government by it’s restrictions.

      • July 15, 2010 at 6:51 pm | #17

Hmmm…I detect no trace of an accent in your writing. Was it an English-speaking socialist couintry? I met a man on line who spent his first fifty years in RUSSIA. Talk about someone who despises ANYTHING resembling a liberal/progressive/socialist. Constantine’s the man. Lisa knows him.

Southerner, no, I do not have much an accent! :-) I grew up in Norway, and was blessed with a talent for languages – and understanding the difference between freedom and no freedom, or limited freedom like Norway had while I grew up. I have discussed this on my own blog the past two days since I need to be more outspoken about why I feel so strongly about preserving our country – I love this country, and fear for the direction we are being taken by o and his gang. Norway is a great place to live, but it IS socialistic, but leaning more and more toward capitalism. It is an interesting mix of economic philosophies.

        July 15, 2010 at 7:03 pm | #19

Just adding something: Norway is, of course, nothing like Russia/Soviet Union. It is a much “milder” socialist country than Russia/Soviet Union, but the little I know about the home country of your friend, I can understand why he hates socialism so much. After all, I do, and I grew up under better circumstances than your friend did in his country.

Summed up well. The sad part is that blacks are being harmed by these race baiting bigots more so than anyone. Holder, Rev. Wright, the NAACP, all of them are promoting racial divide. How long will white folks sit back and be called racists? I for one am appalled by any sort of bigotry or racism. Yet now my Tea Party is being labeled as racist, by a group that identifies itself by race? Justice, like myself, is color blind, the NAACP is not

Six New Orleans Police Charged for Danziger Bridge incident. You just can’t trust any policeman pig (OK maybe just in New Orleans). These alleged Police Officers losers shot and killed two (some shot in the back), shot 4 others, and the civilians were unarmed. These alleged Police Officers losers then planted guns and covered up their mistakes with lies and intimidations. This year Five other police officers already have pleaded guilty to lying and covering up. The Bush Administration did nothing. Lets hope all of these pigs get whats coming to them.

Great profile, and it doesn’t just extend to Eric Holder. Many liberals are of the persuasion that “racism” doesn’t meaning “making a judgment or action based on race” but rather that we must incorporate our historic sensibilites in the matter and be “sensitive” to those who were victimized at some point. But does that mean we can ever become a truly race-blind society, if we must take into account history that none of us ever lived during or took part of into account every time we interact with people of other races? What’s more, will we ever just all be individuals instead of belonging to a specific group because the color we were born?

It’s funny, when Janet Reno was AG, it was well known that she was generally incompetant and he was running things behind the scenes. So we he got the main job, people assumed he would do a decent job. Well, in the past 19 months he has officially (in my view) surpassed her in being the worst AG ever. Maybe at some point the Attorney General of the US, the man who is supposed to represent the law on behalf of the US, will apply the law to everyone, every American, and not just people he claims to be victims.
